Pardo

Theresa A. Pardo is Director of the Center for Technology in Government at the University at Albany, State University of New York, where she also holds research professor appointments in Public Administration and Policy and Informatics. In 2013 she was appointed as Open NY Adviser to Governor Andrew Cuomo and was recently named as an International Advisor to the E-Government Committee for the China Information Association; she is also president of the Digital Government Society, a global multi-disciplinary organization of scholars and practitioners interested in the development and impacts of digital government. Additionally, Dr. Pardo serves on a number of national and international advisory and editorial boards, such as the Executive Council for Information Management & Technology for the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Government Information Quarterly.
